If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

How Ordering Hand-Crafted Rings Works
Confirm Your Size
First thing's first. You'll get a free ring sizer shipped to you after you purchase your ring. In 3-5 days you'll get the sizer in the mail. You'll also get an email from us asking for you to confirm your size.
Please do follow the instructions to get the perfect size - we know dudes don't need instructions, but just this once!
Look out for that email as we do not start making your ring until we have your size confirmed.
Ring Creation And Shipping
Your ring is made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to craft here in Utah. Once we have your size, we get to work crafting your ring. We'll stay in touch about its progress over email.
When it's ready to ship, we'll notify you again with your tracking information and you'll be able to track it online from there. You'll then put it on, fall in love all over again and be whisked away into a bliss you've never known!
Size Exchanges
You get one free size exchange within the first 30 days of having your ring in hand. After that you're welcome to do another size exchange for a small fee. Want to know more about exchanges? Read our exchanges guide.

Absolutely love the ring!!!! But customer service is deplorable. Any method of contact (call, text, etc) just leads you back to email, which takes on average 2-3 days to even get a canned response of "thanks for your email, we're looking into you situation".
You call and you get some overeager voicemail saying"we're not manning the phones right now" and are asked to leave a message .
You chat on their website and the bot simply asks for your email.
Every method of communication they suggest simply leads you to their email, which is the canned response I just described.
So yes, I love the ring but unfortunately have to return it and now am battling their apparent firewall of protection against providing any semblance of customer service.
Buy their rings, but heaven help you if you need to return it. Their customer service (if it can even be called that) is appalling, apathetic, and demeaning to the very people they propose to serve.

Fortunately my fiance was happy with it, but it was nothing like the picture. When I built it, the color was more silver and light and when I recieved it, it was basically almost black. Thankfully he likes it, so all is well because i wouldnt have had time to build another one! Just definitely not what i thought i ordered!

I ordered the titanium band. I was first sent the ring sizers which were very helpful in ordering the correct size for my band. I followed the instructions and wore them for a couple days doing my everyday activities and then ordered my ring sizers which. Once I received my actual ring it fit fine. It looks great and is well made. It arrived within the time stated when I ordered it.
