If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

The ring wasn't as vibrant in color as I was expecting when we bought it. The colors were more muted. Also, the etching of the manly bands symbol it was more rough and irritated my husbands finger for the first few days till he got used to it. Other than that there design, quality, and custom engraving are amazing. Over all would definitely buy again.
