When it arrived it was very silver with no black tone at all. I thought it was the wrong model. Since it was the wrong size I started an exchange. I was charged a $8 shipping fee before I could send it back (even in original packaging.) I paid and when they received it I was then charged a $30 restocking fee before they’d send my ring back. When the second one came it was the correct color and size but the unexpected fees and two different intervals and the wrong color just ruined the experience.
