    • Sizes 5–7 are 6mm in width
    • Sizes 7.5–20 are 8mm in width
• Shipping: Ships in 1–3 business days and typically arrives in 5–10 business days depending on the carrier.
• Returns: Ring sizers are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Feel free to pass it along to a friend once you’ve found your size.

How to Use the Manly Ring Sizer

Pro tip: Measure when your hands are cold—not after a workout when they’re swollen with power and ingenuity.

1. Pop out a size and try it on. You’re looking for a comfortably snug fit.
2. Shake your hand like you're waving goodbye to your future in-laws:
   • If it stays on, you’re in the right range
   • If it slips off, it’s too big
   • You should need to twist slightly to remove it
3. Decide how you want your ring to feel—loose and spinnable, or secure for all-day wear.
4. Wear your chosen size for a few hours while doing normal activities to confirm it’s the right fit.
5. Head back here to order your Manly Band.

Sizing Recommendation for Precious Metal (Gold, Platinum) Bands

For 6mm, 7mm, or 8mm bands, we recommend ordering a half size up.

Disclaimer: Fit ultimately comes down to personal preference. There should be slight resistance when removing the ring. If you have larger knuckles, avoid sizing down for narrower bands.
