I initially ordered through Amazon as I wasn't getting through directly on the site (I think the site doesn't accept non-US cards). I ordered 2 sizes too small but the return/exchange process was the smoothest and was paid for by the company. The ring looks great and is as expected. I even got a free silicone ring that I can wear!
