If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

How Ordering Hand-Crafted Rings Works
Confirm Your Size
First thing's first. You'll get a free ring sizer shipped to you after you purchase your ring. In 3-5 days you'll get the sizer in the mail. You'll also get an email from us asking for you to confirm your size.
Please do follow the instructions to get the perfect size - we know dudes don't need instructions, but just this once!
Look out for that email as we do not start making your ring until we have your size confirmed.
Ring Creation And Shipping
Your ring is made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to craft here in Utah. Once we have your size, we get to work crafting your ring. We'll stay in touch about its progress over email.
When it's ready to ship, we'll notify you again with your tracking information and you'll be able to track it online from there. You'll then put it on, fall in love all over again and be whisked away into a bliss you've never known!
Size Exchanges
You get one free size exchange within the first 30 days of having your ring in hand. After that you're welcome to do another size exchange for a small fee. Want to know more about exchanges? Read our exchanges guide.

Looks good, and I confirmed it was diamond with a few tests. The fury specifically is a tiny bit scratchy but not uncomfortably so, and given the Ring's diamond making, it's easy to clean by soaking it in vinegar or dish water then rinsing it. There are 3 very tiny scratches on it that it came with however, although I'm not sure if they're scratches or some other material. Admittedly due to the concave nature of the scales, the Fury specifically is somewhat prone to getting small specks of dirt in the scales given it scratches everything so often times it requires daily cleaning. Overall very pleased with the design and make of it. Customer service was very helpful when it was in production and the package actually came in earlier than expected.

In regards to the scratches you mentioned, since black diamond is one of the strongest materials, the scratches you are seeing are most likely other materials being scratched by the ring. So with a simple cleaning, those should be able to be cleaned off easily. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team :)

The pictures don't do it justice it's a beautiful piece. My fiancée surprised me with this work of art. I'm glad she chose this ring as my wedding band.
