This is my second attempt at this review, as my first was never published.

My wife purchased this wedding ring for me, and unfortunately the quality has been extremely disappointing. Within two months of wearing it, the ring began to deteriorate where the wood inlay meets the metal band. What started as a small rough spot quickly progressed into multiple areas where the sealing material peeled back, eventually leaving visible gaps between the wood and the ring.

Customer service was responsive and helpful, and the ring was exchanged. However, within a month of receiving the replacement, the exact same issue occurred again. While customer service has again offered to exchange the ring, repeatedly sending my wedding ring back for replacement is not a reasonable long-term solution.

To make matters worse, I was informed that the ring is now outside the 30-day money-back guarantee, leaving store credit as the only option. For a ring that cost approximately $700, this is extremely disappointing. At this price point, I would expect durable craftsmanship and a company willing to stand behind its product with a refund when a recurring defect is clearly present.

While the customer service representatives have been courteous, the underlying product quality and refund policy do not align with the premium price of this ring.

Purchased this wedding band for my future husband. He loves it, mainly because of the color and how comfortable it is. He was geeked about the inside of the ring being an old whiskey barrel and hopes someone asks to see it so he can talk about it. Overall very pleased with the ring, paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive before our wedding in October 2025. The ring box is sturdy and hard to lose due to its size which is perfect for a man. Silicone band also fits and will definitely be worn, it’s nice that it came with it instead of having to purchase separately.
