All "Ready to Ship" rings (rings that ship in 1-3 days) are protected by a FREE 1 Year No Hassle, Limited Warranty. This protects you from against manufacturing defects. If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

Normally a 12, ordered a 11.5, and ring still came too big. Offered to just buy a second ring a half size smaller rather than worry about the whole exchange crap for $30. Service Rep Kage far too dense to understand what I was asking. Figured they would be able to help me out instead of having an unsellable ring. Guess not.

I had him pick it out, so I knew he’d love it, using the sizing system provided. But it’s waaaaay too big. I now have a ring I can’t use for my husband. It’s engraved so I cannot return it, as per their policy. I’m conflicted if I should just wear it on a necklace? And buy another one ? I’m just concerned about sizing.
