How Ordering Hand-Crafted Rings Works
Confirm Your Size
First thing's first. You'll get a free ring sizer shipped to you after you purchase your ring. In 3-5 days you'll get the sizer in the mail. You'll also get an email from us asking for you to confirm your size.
Please do follow the instructions to get the perfect size - we know dudes don't need instructions, but just this once!
Look out for that email as we do not start making your ring until we have your size confirmed.
Ring Creation And Shipping
Your ring is made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to craft here in Utah. Once we have your size, we get to work crafting your ring. We'll stay in touch about its progress over email.
When it's ready to ship, we'll notify you again with your tracking information and you'll be able to track it online from there. You'll then put it on, fall in love all over again and be whisked away into a bliss you've never known!
Size Exchanges

I had my fiancé fitted at a jeweler and on a sizer I ordered online. The first ring didn’t fit. No problem. So it was a fee to send back and the price of the ring was not on the previous sale I had bought it on . I paid a couple hundred more. Again, no problem. I needed the ring in. The second ring did not fit well also. I reached out about just exchanging without paying another increased price of the ring. They said no “gold prices fluctuate so the price increase will stay the same” basically. In a two week period? Sure… Anyways, hope you have a better experience than I did if you plan on shopping here.

Overall I like the various customization I had. The free sizer was also a great tool to confirm my size. But the ring came scratched. They were quick to respond and ask for it back to fix. It turned around fast which was nice, but still had scratches in it, new ones. Unsure if it happened coming off the lathe, or in the packaging process. But for $1300, it would be nice for it to arrive in a brand new condition.

Loved the ring. We got him sized at a jewelers and they told him size 5 3/4, so we went ahead and sized up to a 6. When we recieved the ring, it sadly did not fit him well and he would like to go up a 1/2 size. We ordered a sizer and it still has not arrived just so we could make sure we got the right size this time. He also would like the band to be a 6 width instead of 5. Other than that, he loves the ring, just wish it would fit.

The original wedding band I ordered was a size too big so I had to return it for a size smaller. Manly Bands accepted my return request but ended up sending the exact same size again. However, they apologized and made it right. I now have the correct size and it looks and fits great!
