If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

How Ordering Hand-Crafted Rings Works
Confirm Your Size
First thing's first. You'll get a free ring sizer shipped to you after you purchase your ring. In 3-5 days you'll get the sizer in the mail. You'll also get an email from us asking for you to confirm your size.
Please do follow the instructions to get the perfect size - we know dudes don't need instructions, but just this once!
Look out for that email as we do not start making your ring until we have your size confirmed.
Ring Creation And Shipping
Your ring is made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to craft here in Utah. Once we have your size, we get to work crafting your ring. We'll stay in touch about its progress over email.
When it's ready to ship, we'll notify you again with your tracking information and you'll be able to track it online from there. You'll then put it on, fall in love all over again and be whisked away into a bliss you've never known!
Size Exchanges

Ring is great and engraving is visible and nice. This is the second version we’ve gotten because my fiancé’s finger size on the plastic sizer and on the real ring were different. This is still snug and well need to get it made bigger but it is over all a great quality and price.

My husband and I ordered a custom build your own band for his wedding band. We knew his size and the bevel/edge type he liked from visiting an in store “chain, box store”. We were able to find more options on Manly Bands website and quickly began building a band for him.
The personal touches added to the experience were incredibly appreciated. Buying such an important investment online can be more nerve-wracking than an in store purchase. We felt comfortable with the return policy, the sizer sent in the mail, the photos explaining the cut/bevel/edge style. We felt assured we were getting exactly what he wanted.
The included personal engraving was a sweet touch. We appreciated the custom video sent to us after our purchase and the updates on our purchase after we ordered.
The ring is perfect. He loves it. He’s not a jewelry kind of guy, but I catch him admiring it often. It’s beautiful quality, wonderful craftsmanship. The silicon band that comes with it as an extra is FANTASTIC as well.
Highly recommend this for everyone looking for a quality wedding band, but wanting to avoid the in store salesmen and their over priced bands.
