I've had this rign about a week or so. I've worn it everyday but haven't worked with any heavy equipment, gone to the gym, knocked my hand on against anything or done anything outside of normal everyday life. There are faint scratches all over the ring that I don't believe should be there.

The ring itself is fine, except the fact that the crushed diamonds are a whiter complexion than what I was expecting based on the picture.
My issue is mainly with the service. I placed my order with my ring size about a couple of months before my wedding. But the order has an option for a free ring sizer, so I ordered that as well just because it was free. Apparently if you order the ring sizer, Manly will change your ring size to "ring sizer" and then wait for you to come back and submit a ring size before they start working on your ring. Seeing as I already knew my size and thought my order was complete, I did not know I needed to go back and resubmit my size. It should also be noted that I wasn't not informed by Manly that order was not completed. So when I followed up after 6 weeks (4 weeks away from my wedding) to see how my order was doing, Manly told me I needed to complete the order before they will start working on it. Due to the delay, my ring was not ready for my wedding day and I had to use a different ring. Manly could fix this by reaching out after 2 weeks or so if someone has not submitted their ring size to remind them.
