I ordered my Fiancé's ring here, he wanted a black and gold ring, and I planned to get it engraved too. I noticed on the website it said if you are unsure of the fit, order the ring first (without engraving) check the fit then you can send it back to have it engraved. So that's what I did, I received the black and gold ring.... and he did not like it (nothing wrong with the ring just was not his vibe) so I sent it back and did an exchange (which was so easy and user-friendly, I got no push back for wanting an exchange) for a thinner and this time silver, when that came in he loved it and was happy so it was again time to send it back and get it engraved, which again was SO EASY they actually set the whole thing up for me all I had to do was print out the label they sent put it in the mail and let them know what I wanted to get engraved! also didn't cost me anything because they used the store credit I had from the previous exchange , so girl math means that was free! I had Jason reach out personally via text and we had constant communication the entire process and he also got me in contract with customer support who also was great at communication! they did not stop until I and my Fiancé were happy with our purchase 10/10 thank you Manly Bands!!!
