The ring is great but the customer service is non-responsive. For these prices, there should be white glove service; not the excuse of “I need to check with our IT department on why we didn’t get these messages.” I paid extra for expedited shipping for my ceremony and it was definitely not expedited. My husband likes the ring but we won’t order from here again. We only spend this much money on places that values customer service.
