If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

I ordered this ring initially in Size 8.5 along with a plastic ring sizer. The ring arrived but the ring sizer wasn't in the package, but a quick message to the support team and they got it posted out to me really quick.
I then tried on a size 9 and a size 9.5 and wore each for a few hours to see which was most comfortable, and eventually decided on a 9.
Got back in contact with the support team, and organised an exhange. (I misread the information on exhanges and didn't realise I would have to pay return postage as I'm an international customer, but that was only €35 including insurance.) Whilst this was being shipped back to ManlyBands, they went ahead and dispatched my exchange.
When it arrived, it was very well packaged again and in the very strong feeling Ring Box, and also included the Silicon Ring Sizer. And the 9 fit exactly the same as the 9 from the Ring Sizer.

I loved my ring and unfortunately it went missing one day. After an exhaustive search, I gave up and decided to order the exact same ring in a 1/2 size smaller. This time it was at least half price. The titanium looks great and I love carbon fiber even though you can’t see it. Fit and finish is excellent!
