We ordered this for my fiance, a Batman fan! The original order was lost in shipping… I messaged ManyBands and they got it sorted out ASAP! They went above and beyond to correct a problem that was not their fault. Outstanding customer service. The ring looks awesome! However, I ordered a custom engraving, which I think moved the bat symbol. The custom engraving looks amazing! The bat symbol is beside the word “tungsten” now (not like in the product photos). It is not a big deal for us. Overall, I was impressed by ManlyBand’s customer service and products!
